We would like to inform our patient community of the updates being made to our practice in response to the COVID-19 situation. Our primary goal is to keep everyone, patients and staff, as safe and healthy as possible. Public health and CDC recommend screening all patients in the following manner:
All patients are being asked to answer the following questions PRIOR to your appointment...
We will be asking these questions in an effort to help determine whether an in-office appointment is appropriate and safe for you, our staff, our Doctors and our other patients and to come up with a plan to best take care of you and your medical needs. Please be advised that our office IS NOT equipped to see, test or treat any patient that has been exposed to or suspects they may have COVID-19.
Other measures we are taking in the office to comply with social distancing and prevent the spread of COVID-19:
For our web-enabled patients, you may be able to participate in a Televisit. It requires a computer with a camera and microphone. This is done through our patient portal. Though, not all patients qualify. Please call us to see if you qualify for this type of appointment.
Because this is a rapidly changing situation, the New Mexico Department of Health and the CDC have regularly updated information regarding all recommendations and restrictions in response to the NM state of emergency that is currently in place. Please do your part in preventing the spread of COVID-19.
